Dorothy Nwodo, MD, MPH

Chief Impact and Strategy Officer

Dorothy leads the strategic initiatives of the Sundance Foundation, focusing on implementing a controlled housing model designed to support survivors of domestic violence. With a professional background in medicine, public health, humanitarian affairs, and social development, she is committed to advancing programs that restore safety, dignity, and stability for vulnerable populations.

She holds advanced training in public health from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, and earned her medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Nigeria. She has extensive leadership experience in both government and nonprofit sectors. She previously served as Director of Social Development at the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Social Development in Nigeria, where she provided oversight for agencies supporting victims of trafficking, refugees, migrants, internally displaced persons, and senior citizens. She also served as Director of Immunization at the National Healthcare Agency.

Dorothy dedicated many years of service to the Hope Foundation nonprofit organization, where she rose to become Chairman of the Board.

Mirline Fourron, DHA, LDN          Grant and Funding Operations     is a nonprofit executive and licensed registered dietitian with more than 15 years of experience leading programs that improve the health and well-being of children, families, and underserved communities. She holds a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) and has extensive expertise in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, grant development, program operations, and community partnerships.

Throughout her career, Dr. Fourron has successfully managed large-scale community initiatives, secured grant funding, and led multidisciplinary teams dedicated to advancing health equity, family support, and educational opportunities. She is passionate about creating sustainable programs that empower individuals, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.

As a member of the Sundance Foundation team, Dr. Fourron is committed to expanding the organization's impact through innovation, collaboration, and compassionate service.

Tami Conway,M.Ed., B.S., DHA(c)

Director of Community Outreach

 is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, long-term care, managed care, and healthcare operations. She currently serves as a Long-Term Care Case Manager with Simply Healthcare, where she helps coordinate care and connect individuals with the resources they need to live safely and independently.

Tami is passionate about serving others through compassionate leadership, mentoring future professionals, and improving the lives of individuals and families through advocacy and community engagement. Her extensive healthcare experience and commitment to service strengthen Sundance Foundation’s mission of helping survivors achieve long-term stability and independence.
